In the United States, there are over 4,000 people in the heart transplant waiting-list. This number keeps growing, because even though 90% of people supporting organ donation, only 52% are actually registered.
In partnership with Donate Life America, we sought to change that. Through a simple idea that used Instagram's native functionalities, we were able to increase traffic to the organization's registration page by 257%. So far, three of the subjects of our campaign have received their hearts.
The campaign was also screened at the White House, as part of an organ donation summit.
