I'm a leader with extensive experience building world-class creative solutions, and growing the creatives who craft them.
I was born in San Juan, and have lived and worked in Miami, Hamburg, San Francisco, New York City, and Boulder at agencies like CP+B, BBDO, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and Facebook’s Creative Shop.
I currently call North Texas home, where I lead a group of supremely talented people at PepsiCo’s in-house agency.
In my free time, I like to burn fuel in single engine planes , and spend every spare moment with my wife and young son.
